2) How can you join RenewBuy?

    • Simply download RB Partners App from Google Play Store/Apple AppStore and register using your Mail ID and Phone Number
    • Your unique code will be your email id at the time of sign up. This saves you the hassles of remembering a specific code to use the RB Partners app.
    • For future log in, your mail ID would be your Log in ID and your Mobile Number would be your password (Which You can change in MY Profile Section)

 

3) In case you don’t have a Smart Phone

    • There is no need to worry if you don’t have a Smart phone
    • You can also access our platform on your laptop/desktop and you can issue a policy and avail all benefits through the same
    • Contact your Sales Officer for your one time setup.

 

4) How secure is your online payment gateway?

    • Our payment process is directly linked to the insurance company gateways and is 100% secure
    • In case of any queries/issues related to payment made on the gateway, you can contact us at 1800-419-7151 or write to us at support@renewbuy.com
    • Your query will be resolved within 48 hrs

 

5) Who are your Insurance Partners?

    • We work with all the leading insurers who provide the lowest quotes and best service to meet our customers’ requirements
    • Our current partners on the online platform are: HDFC ERGO, Bajaj Allianz, Bharti Axa, IIFCO Tokio, Reliance and L&T Insurance
    • In special cases, we also work offline with Tata AIG, SBI General Insurance and ICICI Lombard

 

6) Queries related to Referral fee structure?

    • For any queries related to your referral fee structure, please get in touch with your Sales Officer or ASM

 

7) How does ‘Click & Upload’ option work?

    • For cases which are due in future, you can simply upload the policy copy by clicking a picture of the policy using our app
    • A Link would be generated and sent to your customer with all available details filled in.  A copy of mail will also be marked to your registered id for you to follow up.
    • Your customers simply have to check their details and make the payment
    • They will get the policy instantly on their email ID
    • You can keep checking the status of your uploaded document right on the app under the “Referrals” section of the app
    • Things to take care of while uploading:
      • Please upload a valid policy document only. Please do not upload RC, cover note or an already expired policy
      • When you take a picture, zoom into it to see all the details are readable. If they are not, please take a picture again. Only once the picture is readable should you upload the same.
      • If a uploaded document is rejected, please make sure to follow up with the customers to upload a readable copy of the document.
      • There are some companies like Bajaj Allianz and Bharti Axa whose policies appear over at least 2 pages. Please make sure both the pages are uploaded.

 

8) What will happen at the time of Renewal?

    • For any subsequent renewals, the partner against whom the case is mapped will continue to get full credit for their renewal business

 

9) How can you generate an instant quote?

    • You can easily generate premium quotes across Vehicle make and models on RB Partner App
    • All you need to input is Vehicle Make and Model and Year of purchase
    • No personal details, line phone no and email ID are required to generate a quote
    • You can also share this quote instantly for your referral.

 

10) Where can you find the lowest quotes for 2-Wheeler and Private Cars?

    • You can find all quotes across vehicle make and models on RB Partner App
    • We closely work with our insurance partners to ensure that all the rates on our engine are competitive and low
    • Consumers can save up to 60% on their premium on our platform

 

11) Can you quote more than the generated quote to your clients?

    • You are authorized to only share the quotes auto-generated through our App, with your clients
    • Any change in the auto generated is possible only after approval from insurer's under-writing team

 

12) Reasons for rejection of policy uploaded

    • Your policy upload could have been rejected for any one of the following reasons
      • Wrong Document uploaded- Only current insurance policy document is accepted
      • The document uploaded is not readable
      • The document is manually edited
      • There is any doubt about the authentication of the document

 

13) Issues related to break-in case?

    • Break-in is a case where the insurance policy has expired. Currently a break-in case cannot be serviced through our App/Portal.
    • For a break-in case, please contact our Operations team @ 1800-419-7151 to get the quote manually and to raise request for vehicle inspection
    • insurance company will arrange for the inspection via authorized inspection company
    • RenewBuy will share the inspection status with you within 24'hrs through your SO/ASM
    • After the inspection is done, you can collect the payment from the client and hand it over to RenewBuy
    • After receiving the cheque, we will process the case with the insurance company for policy issuance
    • It normally takes 3-5 working days to issue the policy copy

 

14) How long does an off-line case take for processing?

    • RenewBuy does not encourage its partners to process policies off-line
    • However, in special cases after prior approval, an off-line policy could take 4-5 working days for processing

 

15) Who will provide the premium quote while processing an offline policy?

    • RenewBuy does not encourage its partners to process policies off-line
    • However, in special cases after prior approval, you could send the all doc's to support@renewbuy.com or contact your SO
    • It normally takes 3-5 working days for processing on off-line policy

 

 16) How can you update a New Vehicle Model which is not showing on the app?

    • You can share the vehicle details with us at it.support@renewbuy.com and we will immediately update the same in our database

 

17) How can you register a Claim?

    • For any Claims, you can simply call us @ 1800-419-7151 or write to us at support@renewbuy.com
    • Our team will guide and assist you/your customer during the claim process and will ensure that your customer faces no problems
    • We will guide you to ensure speedy claim acceptance and servicing

 

18) How can you view your earnings?

    • Your earnings can be viewed on the ‘Earnings’ tab on RB Partner App
    • In addition, you can track your Sales till date as well as ‘Referrals’ which are due on a future date on the ‘Referrals’ tab on the APP

 

19) How can you view your ‘till date Business’ details & Prospects cases?

    • You can track your Sales till date as well as Prospect cases which are due on a future date on the ‘Referrals’ tab on RB Partner App
    • In addition, you can also view your earnings on the ‘Earnings’ tab on the App

 

20) Who can you contact for any issues related to your payout?

    • At RenewBuy, we value your contribution to our business and ensure that all your payouts are made within the 1st week of the following month
    • However, in case there is any query or issue related to your payout, you can
      • check if the bank account details mentioned by you on the App are correct
      • You can contact us at support@renewbuy.com with your registered mail id or mobile no

 

21) In case Customer payment has been deducted but the policy Is not issued

    • This happens when there is a delay in confirmation of payment received from the Payment Gateway to the Insurer. Rest assured, if the payment has been deducted the policy will be issued for sure. In case of a failed payment, normally the Payment Gateway credits back the bank account within the same day.
    • In such cases, please send the bank message/statement which shows the amount deducted to support@renewbuy.com 
    • Please make sure that you mention Client name, premium amount and Insurer name
    • We will strive to work with the Insurers to resolve your query within 48 hrs
    • As a precaution, we would recommend you not to do multiple transactions within the same session.

 

22) Does your platform support any e-wallet option?

    • Our platform supports all payment options that are integrated with the insurers payment gateway, including e-Wallets wherever available

 

23) In case of endorsement cases

    • Please make sure you check all the details of the policy in the last page prior to a payment being made.
    • Despite  pre-cautions, in case there is an error in the policy please mention the endorsement type and send us an email with RC COPY and previous insurance copy to support@renewbuy.com
    • Please note that endorsements have to approved by the Insurers. In case there is a complete change of details, like change in Regn No, Engine No & Chassis No, in the same endorsement then such cases will not be approved by the Insurers for Endorsements.
    • Again as a pre-caution, do not open 2 transactions on 2 different tabs at the same time in case you are using the web-link. You must complete the transaction, close the tab and restart again for a new transaction.

 

24) How do I share the Free RoadSide Assistance package with my customers?

    • Free Roadside Assistance service for both two & four wheelers are issued directly by us to your customers, against their email ID and Mobile nos
    • Please ensure that you provide correct email ID and mobile no of your customers to avoid rejection
    • Only one RSA service can be offered against a unique email ID and mobile no
    • No RSA will be issued against partner email ID and Mobile no hence it is important for your to provide the customer email id and phone no at the time of transaction. Please be assured that your data is secured with us.

 

25) Issuance of TDS certificates

    • TDS Certificates for your business done with RenewBuy will be issued at the end of the financial year

 

26) I feel I will end up entertaining too much responsibilities at the time of claim

    • Please be assured that you would have no burden of servicing the claim.
    • The RenewBuy team is available to help your customers in case of any claim related help
    • You can check the Claim Reporting number for all our insurance partners on the app.
    • Moreover we work with only those insurers who provide cashless service. Since the cashless facility is operated through the car service workshops, it is unlikely to be ever escalated to you.
    • You should just keep two important things in mind whenever your talk to your customers:
      • Every vehicle has a compulsory deductible of upto Rs 2000 for cars & Rs. 100 for 2 Wheelers
      • In most cases, there is a depreciation charged on the vehicle. Eg: If the 2 year old front fender worth Rs 10000 is to be replaced, then a depreciation of 10% for each year will be charged. Hence the customer will be charged Rs. 2000 and balance Rs 8000 will be reimbursed by the insurer.

 

27) How do I respond in case the customer wants to get his policy done by the dealer only

    • First, RenewBuy is here to provide a free reminder service and there is no compulsion to buy through the link sent.
    • Having said that, it should be borne in mind that normally the premium rates for policies purchased through Dealers are much higher since they expect higher payouts.
    • In case you are told that the dealer will not honour your claim if the policy is not bought through them, you must remember that on an average insurance policy a dealer earns Rs. 3000. It goes up to Rs. 10000 for super premium cars. Compare that against a Rs 40000 claim on normal cars and Rs. 100000 claim on a premium car with 70%  margin. You can easily guess that once there is a claim, no dealer will ever want to lose the customer given that the sums of profits are much higher in case of a claim.
